In 2005, the first oil produced from its own olives saw the light of day.
It is just enough to be able to share with a few friends, but the satisfaction of this first achievement and the experience as a Master Sommelier, make the decision mature to involve the family in an ambitious project: to produce a quality oil, taking care of every aspect of production especially with a view to environmental sustainability, that can become the highest expression of that territory.
