Shipping
Delivery is made to the buyer’s domicile through our own means or by express couriers affiliated with our company.
Shipment is guaranteed from departure within 48/72 hours (working days) throughout Italy or 3/15 days for international shipments made by express courier and do not exceed in any case, those provided by art. 6 of Legislative Decree 185/1999.

Contracts entered into through the Internet site www.aziendaagricolavescovi.it fall under the category of “Online Purchase and Sale Contracts.”
These are distance contracts entered into between a supplier, Azienda Agricola Emanuela Vescovi located in C.da Piano Verde 93010 Campofranco (CL) and a consumer, the natural person who buys goods and services for purposes not directly related to the professional activity possibly carried out.
The purchase contract is finalized by the exact compilation and consent to the purchase manifested through the accession given “online” or by signing the appropriate electronic order form.
Sale prices and purchase methods
All sales prices displayed are 4% VAT included, except where expressly stated excluding VAT.
Product availability
Vescovi Farm’s computer system is designed to offer immediate order fulfillment and avoid unnecessary waiting for the customer.
Should an order exceed the existing quantity in the warehouse, the buyer will be notified by e-mail indicating the possible waiting time for the product.
The buyer can then decide whether to wait or request cancellation of the order at no charge.
Right of withdrawal, order cancellation and returns and refunds
The buyer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase may exercise the right of withdrawal with reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005. Notification of the intention to use the right of withdrawal may be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by:

The goods must be shipped at the customer’s expense. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods intact at the time of return and cannot be exercised for products that by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to alter or deteriorate rapidly.
The full amount paid will be refunded, once the above conditions are met, within a maximum period of 14 days.
Supplier’s rights, duties and responsibilities
Azienda Agricola Vescovi assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure and/or fortuitous events such as accidents, thefts and/or robberies to the courier in charge of delivery, fires, explosions, earthquakes, strikes and/or lockouts, floods and other similar events that would prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract in the agreed time and manner.
Azienda Agricola Vescovi shall not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-performance of the contract for the above causes, the consumer being entitled only to a refund of the price paid. Likewise, Azienda Agricola Vescovi is not responsible for any fraudulent and illegal use that may be made by third parties, of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, when paying for products purchased.
Customer rights, duties and responsibilities
The consumer agrees and obliges, once the purchase procedure “on line” is completed, to provide for the printing and storage of these general conditions, which, will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the purchase of products.
These general conditions may be updated at any time by Azienda Agricola Vescovi which will notify its customers directly in the section Conditions of Sale – Returns and Refunds.
The consumer undertakes and obliges, whenever there is a change in these general conditions, to ensure that they are printed and preserved. It is strictly forbidden for the buyer to enter false data in the registration procedure necessary for the activation of this contract. The Customer indemnifies Azienda Agricola Vescovi from any liability arising from the issuance of erroneous tax documents due to any errors relating to the data provided by the customer, the customer being solely responsible for its correct entry.
Bank authorization
By filling in the appropriate space, present on the website of the payment banking system, the Customer authorizes Azienda Agricola Vescovi to use the credit card indicated and to debit the relative current account in favor of Azienda Agricola Emanuela Vescovi the total amount highlighted as the cost of the purchase made “on line”.
The entire procedure is done through a secure connection directly connected to the bank that owns and operates the “online” payment service, which the Azienda Agricola Vescovi cannot access in any way.
Contract termination and express termination clause
The consumer has the right to cancel the order no later than 24 hours after submitting the online form.
After that limit, he may make use of the right of withdrawal in the manner stated above. In the event of cancellation of the order by Azienda Agricola Vescovi, due to the impossibility of its execution, beyond the delivery time indicated at the time of purchase, the consumer will be entitled to receive a full refund of the amount transacted regardless of the type of payment chosen.
Azienda Agricola Vescovi also has the right to terminate the contract entered into by giving simple notice to the customer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case the customer will be entitled only to a refund of any amount already paid.
Damaged goods
Azienda Agricola Vescovi in order to ensure that its products arrive at your home in perfect condition, uses only new generation packaging, completely made of corrugated cardboard in order to achieve a very high protection of the products.
If the products are damaged during transport, the customer must notify Azienda Agricola Vescovi by email at: info@aziendaagricolavescovi.it indicating the damaged goods and attaching photographic documentation proving the damage no later than 48 hours after delivery. Azienda Agricola Vescovi will, within 48 hours in consultation with the shipper used for shipment, replace and/or refund any unusable product.
Problems and malfunctions
The purchase of products is implemented through a computer system.
Any reports on anomalies in the operation of the purchasing system (virtual shopping cart) can be sent to infoçaziendaagricolavescovi – indicating: customer data (first name, last name, telephone number), date, type of anomaly encountered.
